Ilene Jaroslaw will be a panelist on the Rule of Law at the European Criminal Bar Association in Belgrade, Serbia on Saturday, September 20.  The panel will be moderated by Mikolaj Pietrzak, a defense lawyer in Poland. Fellow panelists include defense lawyers Vladimir Beljanski of Serbia, and Sylwia Gergorczyk of Poland, and Andras Kadar of the Hungarian Helsinki Committee.
