EKLJ welcomes Sara Probber as counsel. Sara’s diverse litigation practice includes complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and international arbitration. She has an impressive breadth of experience serving clients in a variety of sectors, including media and telecommunications. Sara counsels individual and business clients navigating internal and government investigations and defends them in enforcement actions and prosecutions.

Sara speaks and has worked in both French and Russian. Her international work is informed by her year in Russia funded by the prestigious Fulbright award program. Sara went on to earn her master’s degree in international economic law/global governance studies from Institut d’études politiques de Paris, commonly known as Sciences Po.

After earning her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, Sara spent five years as an associate at Baker Botts LLP. Earlier in her career, she worked as an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Office of International Affairs, and at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Office of International Affairs.
